Initial Design Consultation
01
At Wade Works Creative, we start every relationship with an initial design consultation. The consultation is a powerful brainstorming session available virtually or in person, between the client and the Wade Works Creative team.

The Formal Design Contract is the second step in the Wade Works master plan. Once the initial consultation is complete, we consolidate all of the information gathered and put together a full scope of what is needed to complete the project in the form of design, documents, and special services for delivery. Wade Works can also help source and recommend qualified contractors and subcontractors to give you the peace of mind on who to select.
We offer full deliverable or customized packages so our clients have the option to receive only the specific documents and deliverables needed for their scope of work.
Deliverables may include draft layout services, full construction documents, permit documents, surveying and site plans, structural engineering, landscape design, architectural specifications, full styling services, full staging services, product specifications.

"We had the great opportunity to work with Elbow Room for a kitchen/family space remodel. The space was transformed into a breathtaking retreat, like a luxury vacation resort. But the best part of the experience was working with Chip Wade and the amazing people on his Elbow Room crew. Seriously, they were so sweet and so much fun. It was the highlight of my family's experience. And as a parent I thought it was all pretty educational for my kids too.
Chip is a detailed guy. The artistry in our brick work is exceptional. It's the focal point of the house."

"Chip was very knowledgeable and relatable. Not only did he really know his stuff when it came to construction but he was such a natural in front of the camera that it made us feel comfortable and forget the cameras were even there! His design plan was absolutely genius and beyond unique! We LOVE our backyard."

"Chip Wade and his team were a huge help with our renovation flip. Chip came in and helped me pick out colors, designs, structural changes and told me what costly mistakes to avoid. I even used their team to sell the property. We made a great profit and the project turned out amazing."

"When we left Atlanta, Chip evaluated our house prior to listing whether it was worth doing extensive renovations versus selling as is, and determining the ideal listing price. Then, based on Chip's advice, Pauli Wade and Jill Hensley sold my house (twice actually) very quickly--thankfully because some other homes in my neighborhood that went up for sale about the same time as ours, are still on the market."

"This was a total transformation of our (previously hideous) backyard thanks to Chip Wade's visionary design team and Andy Batcheller's contracting and implementation craftsmanship! If you are looking for talented, respectful and meticulous partners on a home and/or yard renovation, we highly recommend both of these outfits...we couldn't be more thrilled with the results!"
