We offer full customized deliverable packages to ensure our clients are only billed for the specific documents and deliverables needed for their scope of work.

Construction Consultations: One of our knowledgeable team members will work alongside the selected contractor to ensure the proper execution of the design plan. During this phase, we continue to advocate on behalf of our clients to ensure the results are not motivated by higher profit margin, but on effectively implementing the vision for the project.

Design Assistance: One of our knowledgeable team members will work alongside the homeowner to purchase and install the fixtures and finishes specified in the plans.

The above optional services will be billed at a rate of $200/hour.

We leverage our talents to create the most innovative spaces as well as assist our clients in the sale or purchase of their home.

Enlighten and give strategic direction through creativity, experience, personalization and sound financial advice.
For those who are uncertain about the investment potential of any renovation.
Includes both design and financial evaluation based upon current real estate market conditions.
Collaborative meeting with members from our Architecture & Design and Real Estate teams.

Equip you with the information you need to make an educated decision if you decide to sell your current home and wisely invest in another to fit your lifestyle.
